Terms of service

These terms cover StatOSS at statoss.com, provided by enkelt.design (CVR 45871290), Lille Bygade 13, 2635 Ishøj, Denmark. The open source version is under the MIT licence.
The service
StatOSS checks your monitors, shows the results on status pages and sends alerts. We do not guarantee uptime.
Your account
- You are responsible for what happens under your login.
- Only monitor addresses you are allowed to request. We may pause monitors that cause complaints.
- Do not use StatOSS for anything unlawful.
Payment
Hobby and Pro are billed monthly by Polar Software, Inc., our merchant of record: the plan in advance, metered extras after the month. You can cancel from the billing page; the plan runs to the end of the paid period. Price changes are announced 30 days ahead by email.
Your data
Your pages and their history are yours. You can export or delete them under Account, Your data. When you use StatOSS for a business, the data processing agreement is part of these terms. The privacy page covers personal data.
Ending the service
You can stop at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms. If we shut StatOSS down, we give 60 days notice by email.
Liability
StatOSS is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the three months before the claim. Danish law applies.
