A private status page

On Pro a page can be private: visitors enter their address and get a link that works once; or it sits behind one password. What each does and what it costs.

status.northwind.examplePrivate page

Northwind status

This page is private. Enter your email address to get a sign-in link.

The screen a visitor meets on a private page, with a made-up name. They enter an address on the list or at a listed domain, and a link arrives that works once for 15 minutes.

Who gets in

The owner lists people and email domains under the page's Settings, Access. A visitor enters their address, gets a link that works once for 15 minutes, and stays signed in on that browser for 30 days. Nobody else sees the page, its feeds or its status.json.

A password instead

A page can sit behind one shared password. Anyone with it reads the page; the feeds, the badge and the MCP endpoint take it as ?key=.

Out of search

A private or password page carries a noindex tag and stays off the sitemap. A public page can ask for the same under Settings.

API and MCP

The allowed people and domains are set over the REST API and the MCP server as well, so an agent can open a page for a customer and add their domain in one call.

Price

Pro, $15 a month: 10 pages, 100 monitors, private and password pages, your own domain, 3 people on the team. Free and Hobby pages are public.
