On-call
Alerts from the tools that page you now, sent to whoever is on call and repeated until someone acknowledges them. Hobby, $4 a month, for one person; Pro, $15, for the team.
curl -X POST https://api.statoss.com/v2/enqueue \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"routing_key": "<the source's key>",
"event_action": "trigger",
"payload": {"summary": "Checkout error rate above 5%",
"source": "checkout", "severity": "critical"}}'Sources
A source is one integration key on a status page. Anything that sends to PagerDuty's Events API, Opsgenie's Alert API or Sentry's webhooks sends to https://api.statoss.com instead, at the same paths, with the source's key. A monitor going down opens an alert too. A source takes 120 events a minute.
Repeats and acknowledging
An alert repeats every 5 minutes until someone acknowledges it, from the dashboard, the links in the email, Pushover, the buttons in Slack, the API or the MCP. An acknowledgement lasts 4 hours; then a still-open alert pages again.
Escalation and schedules, on Pro
Escalation policies page people and schedules level by level. A schedule is rotations taking turns of hours, days or weeks, with overrides, cover requests and a calendar feed per person.
How people are reached
On Pro each person picks email, Pushover, ntfy or Telegram, at once or after a delay. No phone calls, no SMS.
Import from PagerDuty or Opsgenie
On Pro, a read-only key from either account, never kept, makes schedules, escalation policies and sources after a preview.
Price
Hobby, $4 a month: 3 alert sources, repeats until acknowledged, one person. Pro, $15: 50 sources, escalation, schedules, the import, 3 people and $5 for each one after. Free has no on-call. The pricing page has every row.
